DISTRIBUTOR & BUYER QUALITY SUPPORT
Peptide Group Testing & Independent Testing Support for Distributors
Signalyn Bio helps distributors and buyers coordinate independent third-party peptide testing—from sample preparation and laboratory communication to shipping, tracking and participant documentation.
Third-Party LaboratoryCurrent group-testing laboratory: Janoshik.

Participant ReportEach participant receives an Additional Report for the shared tested sample.

01 / WHY INDEPENDENT TESTING
Why Independent Peptide Testing Matters Beyond a Supplier COA
Supplier documentation and independent testing serve different purposes. A COA, HPLC chromatogram, mass spectrum and batch record document the supplier’s own quality workflow. Third-party testing adds analytical evidence generated outside that workflow.
Supplier Documentation
- Certificate of Analysis
- HPLC data
- Mass spectrometry data
- Batch and manufacturing records
These records remain essential for batch review and traceability.
PLUS
Independent Third-Party Evidence
- External laboratory analysis
- A separately submitted test sample
- Independent analytical reporting
- Additional evidence for customer review
Independent testing answers only the analytical questions included in the selected test.
For a deeper explanation of why a single purity percentage is not a complete quality assessment, see our Peptide Purity Guide.
02 / MONTHLY GROUP TESTING
How the Signalyn Bio group-testing program works.
The program is designed to reduce the practical barrier to third-party testing while keeping the analytical scope clear. Signalyn Bio coordinates the submission from start to finish.
01
Monthly Selection
We select 3–4 peptides for the upcoming round.
02
Enroll on the 15th
Distributors and customers join the planned peptides on the 15th.
03
Request Another Peptide
A non-planned peptide can start when at least 3 participants join.
04
We Handle Submission
We manage the sample, lab communication, packing, shipping and tracking.
05
Receive Your Report
One sample is analyzed once; each participant receives a linked Additional Report.
Peptide Group Testing Cost and Participation
SHARED TESTING PROGRAM
Join a group test for US$100 per report.
$100 / participant report
For a Signalyn Bio group-testing round, each participant pays US$100 and receives one Additional Report linked to the shared sample analysis.
This is Signalyn Bio’s group-program participation price, not the standalone laboratory price of the underlying analysis. Program terms may be updated before a future testing round.
DEDICATED TESTING
Need your own sample tested separately?
Dedicated individual testing is also supported. Your sample can be submitted as a separate test rather than joining a shared group sample.
Laboratory charges for dedicated submissions follow Janoshik’s current official pricing for the requested analytical scope; Signalyn Bio coordinates the submission process.
03 / WHAT YOU RECEIVE
What Participants Receive From a Group Test
Each participant receives an Additional Report linked to the shared tested sample, giving you a third-party document to use alongside Signalyn Bio’s batch documentation.
Separate Report
An Additional Report linked to the group-tested sample.
Third-Party Evidence
External analytical documentation alongside supplier records.
Local Sales Support
A practical document for local distributor and customer discussions.
How participant reports are linked to the tested sample
Janoshik links each Additional Report to the corresponding submitted sample. Our actual order interface shows that structure directly.
1 designated sample
↓
1 laboratory analysis
↓
Participant Additional Reports linked to that sample

Important: one shared test does not mean multiple independent analyses.
In a group round, the designated sample is tested once. Multiple participant reports refer to that same analysis. They should not be described as separate laboratory tests of each participant’s individual inventory.
04 / REAL GROUP-TESTING WORKFLOW
A Real Janoshik Group Testing Submission
This case study documents an actual group-testing submission coordinated by Signalyn Bio with two distribution partners. The sample setup, Additional Reports, order confirmation, packaging and shipping records shown below come from the real submission workflow.

STEP 01
Order Confirmed
All group contributions were received and the order moved into the shipping stage.

STEP 02
Samples Prepared
Designated lyophilized peptide vials were identified for the laboratory order.

STEP 03
Protective Packaging
The vials were secured in protective foam before international shipment.

STEP 04
Shipment Arranged
International shipping documentation was prepared for delivery to Janoshik in the Czech Republic.
Supporting correspondence: Janoshik assigned Signalyn Bio as group leader and provided order-specific packing and shipping instructions. Identifiers and private payment information are redacted from public evidence.
Current case-study boundary: these materials document the submission and shipping process. Laboratory receipt, testing turnaround, final reports and report verification will only be added after those stages are completed.
05 / TRACEABILITY
How Independent Testing Connects to Batch Verification
Where the relevant batch identifiers are recorded, independent reports can sit alongside the supplier’s COA, HPLC, mass spectrometry and batch documentation as one additional layer of evidence.
Production Batch
Sample ID
Third-Party Lab
Independent Report
Distributor Documentation
COA
Batch-specific summary documentation.
HPLC
Chromatographic purity and profile evidence under the stated method.
Mass Spectrometry
Molecular-mass evidence supporting identity assessment.
Batch Review
Connect sample, analytical records and supplied material.
06 / GROUP VS DEDICATED TESTING
Group Testing vs. Dedicated Peptide Testing
| Signalyn Bio Group Test | Dedicated Individual Test | |
|---|---|---|
| Sample | One designated shared sample | Your separately submitted sample |
| Laboratory analysis | One analysis for the shared sample | Separate analysis of your sample |
| Report | One Additional Report per participant | Report for the dedicated submission |
| Participation | Monthly planned peptides, or 3-person minimum for another peptide | No group minimum |
| Pricing | US$100 per participant report | Janoshik official pricing for selected scope |
| Coordination | Handled by Signalyn Bio | Can be coordinated by Signalyn Bio |
07 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Peptide Group Testing FAQ
Who can join a Signalyn Bio group test?
Signalyn Bio distributors and customers can participate in the group-testing program.
When can I join?
Group-testing enrollment opens on the 15th of each month. Signalyn Bio normally selects 3–4 peptides for the planned round.
Can I request a peptide that is not in the monthly plan?
Yes. A separate group test can be organized when at least 3 participants want the same peptide tested.
What does the US$100 fee include?
It is the Signalyn Bio group-program price for one participant Additional Report associated with the shared sample analysis. It is not the standalone Janoshik price of the underlying laboratory test.
Does each participant’s own vial get tested?
No, not in the standard group model. One designated sample is analyzed once, and each participant receives an Additional Report linked to that same analysis. If you need your own sample tested separately, request a dedicated test.
Who handles the shipping and laboratory communication?
Signalyn Bio handles the full submission process, including sample preparation, communication with Janoshik, packing, shipping and tracking.
Which laboratory is currently used?
The current group-testing workflow uses Janoshik. If the program changes laboratories in the future, the testing round details should be confirmed before enrollment.
What happens after I join a group-testing round?
Signalyn Bio coordinates the designated sample, laboratory communication, packing, shipping and tracking. After the laboratory completes the selected analysis, the applicable participant report is provided for that shared tested sample.
NEXT TESTING ROUND
Add independent testing to your quality documentation.
Ask which peptides are planned for the next group-testing round, or tell us which peptide you want to organize with at least three participants.
